Failure to abide by any of the following rules, regulations, procedures and policies may result in action taken against the member including, but not limited to loss of rank/title, probation or ejection from a division and possibly Element Zero.

Neglect to follow these rules could result in many different actions taken against the member(s) involved in breaking the rules. This could even include banishment from Element Zero and all affiliations, such as guild betas, tournaments, ladder access, and forum access.

  • Conduct: All Element Zero members must conduct themselves in the utmost professional and respectful manner. Places include the following: Web site, forums, game servers, voice communication servers, and any other game, division, or guild-related medium of communication. This includes, but is not limited to; racial, religious and orientation slurs; cursing, derogatory remarks and flaming as well. Treat others as you wish to be treated.

Applications can be filled out using our “Join Element Zero” link that guides you through the process and the questions, or applicants can simply copy and paste some one else’s application into a new post (found in that games public forum) and change the information so it reflects the proper information. No matter how the application is filled out, the first 15 questions are global for all Element Zero Divisions. These 15 questions are designed to quickly help the recruitment officers determine the course of action that needs to be taken with any particular application.

Members of Element Zero that do not hold a title or rank may participate in other groups only if Element Zero is not involved with the same game title in any way, shape, or form. All members are asked to not participate in multiple groups for online games simply because it may take time away from their responsibilities in Element Zero. Under certain circumstances members of Element Zero maybe removed from the Guild if the need to do so by the Directors is brought to the attention of the Guild Administrators.

  • Multiple Guild Divisions: Element Zero members are permitted to participate in multiple divisions. Members are also to be involved in only one primary division that they play in competitively. Guild Administrators may choose to pass this task onto a Director or other officer at any time.

The Rules and Regulations of Element Zero are in place to insure a fun and healthy gaming environment for all!

Should any of the above act outside of their position standing, then you should contact that person, or, if need be, a Guild Administrator. No member, including, but not limited to the Guild Administrators, Guild Server Administrators, Directors, Development Team Directors, Development Team Members or Sub Directors should ever have reason to step outside of their responsibilities. Should they do this, it would be considered conflicting with, or possibly breaking, the rules & regulations of Element Zero, thus resulting in immediate actions after the Guild Administrators consult the problem. It is your responsibility to keep all of the above in mind; without rules, there is no order, and without order, there can only be chaos. Chaos and drama will not be tolerated and immediate action will be taken to restore order!
